Plastic granules SPL is the specified-pellet path Drashti Chemicals uses when injection moulders, extruders and compounders name a buyer code or supplier grade on the PO rather than a generic polyolefin listing. SPL in practice means match the data sheet — MFI, density, colour, additive package and application (injection vs extrusion) must align with the screw, die and dryer you actually run.

We are a Vadodara stockist/distributor, not a polymerisation plant. White pellets are not interchangeable: PP, HDPE, LDPE and ABS fail QC in different ways when the wrong acronym ships. Attach last successful lot COA or full TDS on every RFQ; we forward documented COA fields, we do not invent MFI when the mill did not stamp it.

Store pellets dry in sealed bags or gaylords — surface moisture causes splay, fisheyes and gauge banding even when virgin resin looks clean after monsoon warehousing. FIFO documented lots; regrind mixes need explicit written approval on the PO. Dispatch 25 kg bags and supersacks from Vadsar with GST invoice and MSDS as applicable.

Known LDPE film paths quote ldpe with MFI; rigid blow and pipe quote hdpe. FRP and adhesive nameplates may use tulip-550 or resin-all-type — do not route those POs through SPL unless your code maps to a stamped polyolefin COA. Polyester film is converted roll goods, not granules.
